SHO Source is pleased to announce a new performance catback system for your SHO.

This catback will allow you to customize the catback to your needs. Our catback will be modular, so you can select the parts that appeal to you and still allow you to customize the final product.

All the systems will be manufactured with 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel piping and will include a resonator. No crush bends here. Will not rust out like aluminized can. All attachment points will match the factory location, and needed clamps will be included in the kit.

The catback features the following:

2.5" Mandrel Bent Stainless Piping

304Stainless piping with 304 welds for full stainless protection.

Include resonator

Optional Mufflers

Optional Dual or single Outlet

Include flex pipe

Include needed clamps and hardware

Changes to flat gasket.

First you choose your car. You select:

MTX design using a flex pipe
ATX design with flex pipe

Now comes your chance to customize. You select:

Single outlet
Dual outlet

Next you select your mufflers. You select:

No muffler (you buy something on your own or from us)
Standard "turbo" style mufflers

The layout is similar to stock but with an improved "Y" and a more uniform outlet and more hidden.

You can either go with our chosen muffler or select your own! This way you can have your own sound without paying the high price of a custom system.

Tech Notes

Includes needed U-Bolt clamps and new hangers.

Changes over to flat gasket and removes the donut gasket. Includes new flat gasket.

Muffler options include turn down tips.

Uses a Magnaflow 18" resonator.

The standard Kit includes Imco Aluminized Turbo Mufflers.

If you want other then the Imco Mufflers then see below for links to other mufflers.

Kit is complete bolt on application and can be welded later if desired.

For the ATX the flange might need to be rotate to horizontal on the y-pipe for the catback to fit properly.

System is great! The mufflers (I picked Magnaflo Turbo XLs) are WAY too agressive for street use. The system did not fit my ATX the center needed to be cut and rewelded to fit my car. Not sure if my car had a after market y pipe and that was the problem or the MTX just wont fint the ATX car. Feel free to email me for pix. I would recomend this system if you have someone to weld it in as the clamps look like poop. Steve steve.amabile@gmail.com..

Been enjoying this cat-back system with dual borla mufflers for a few weeks now. Had to bring it to an exhaust shop down the street to weld in new hangers on the passenger side. (Mine was missing them) They also added a mount to be able to remove it from the y-pipe in the future instead of welding it in. Overall the sound is great. Not too loud. No drone really. Some rasp from the old sho shop y-pipe on there which I will replace eventually with the magnaflow y-pipe on here. So thumps up here...

I bought the single outlet system. Ever since the sidewalk overhaul on my street, my right side tailpipe was pretty mangled so single outlet was the way to go for me. The pipes fit together nicely. The hardware was of good quality. Installation was a breeze. I didn't need to buy anything else or seek out a muffler shop. I chose the shiney Borla muffler. The sound with a Performamce Plus Y-pipe is nice and not too loud except when you really lat into the throttle. Just a little rasp around 3500-4000 when it hasn't warmed up yet. Overall I am 100% pleased with this product and look forward to doing more business with these fellas. jmkuby@hotmail.com..
