If you are planning on porting intake and BBBs then you probably should replace your intake couplers hoses as they will probably crack and create leaks. Also with the age of our cars you might start developing small leaks, so this will help with that as well.
As an option you can get brand new hose clamps which have a liner so they will not dig into your new hoses.
Tech Notes
The hoses are professionally cut and not done by hand. This means they have nice straight cuts. They are cut to the correct lengths for an exact fit.
